- Custom Fitting Instructions:
- Boil approximately 250 milliliters of water
- After boiling, remove the container and wait for 30 seconds
- Submerge the mouthguard in hot water for 90 seconds, no longer
- Carefully remove the mouthguard using a spoon, then briefly cool it
- Position the mouthguard in your mouth, bite down firmly, and press edges
- Blow inwards to remove excess water, keep pressed for 20 seconds
- Remove the mouthguard and cool it under water for 20 seconds
