Khilafat-e-Fazilat, Khilafat-e-Fazeelat, Caliphate of Virtue | خلافتِ فضیلت
- A Khilafat is conferred as an honor upon an individual.
This honor may be granted because the person has spent extensive time in the company of their Sheikh, or has taken initiative in matters related to the work of the Silsila. It is primarily given so that others may regard them as holding a higher rank compared to those who do not possess a Khilafat. However, it is important to note that this distinction of Fazilat does not imply Ijazat, nor does it confer the responsibility of guiding or mentoring other disciples within the Silsila. (literal)
